Simply integrating a series of short daily practices and exercises into our daily lives can help us build emotional resilience, Calm, Confidence, and Contentment. Learn and renew Mindset practices such as Mindfulness, Self-hypnosis, Simple Breathwork, Focused Affirmations, Mood Tracking and Morning and Evening practices are how we start. The goal is to add very little time to each day, and yield maximum benefit by solidifying these new mindset skills into daily habits that can increase resilience, raise one's emotional set point, and get us all into a place of feeling centered and rooted, growing our own strengths, recharging our reservoirs (so we can give of the overflow as we serve others and care for our loved ones), and connect to others as we share this "journey" of self-care together. I'll be sending out information a few days in advance of our start date and folks can start reviewing online content to better prepare for Day One.

The focus of the Reiki I Workshop is learning and using Reiki for self-healing. Students learn about the history of Reiki, the Reiki Healing Principles, hand positions for Reiki on one’s self and how they align with the subtle energy centers in the body.
Information about how Reiki Symbols and Attunements make Reiki a unique Energy Healing method will also be discussed. The program will consist of classroom time and practical hands-on training for self-healing to ensure that you feel comfortable knowing how to incorporate Reiki into your daily life. This class is appropriate for both the bodywork practitioner as well as the layperson.
The workshop is approximately 6 hours of instructional/practice time with some workshops being full-day and others being held over two or more weeks with weekly assignments. Maura Jo prefers to teach over time so students have the opportunity to really soak in the learning and build practice into everyday habit, so full-day classes are limited to Center Song’s own clients.
Manual PDF and Self-Healing Practice Guide are included.
Those interested in learning Reiki II or beyond with Maura Jo should contact her to discuss the options available if you began your training with another practitioner.
Individual Reiki Sessions are also available. Contact Maura Jo for more information.
