Before, during or after your pregnancy, working out offers many benefits to those cleared by their care provider (midwife, OB/GYN, etc.) to exercise.
Perinatal Fitness Consultations
I offer a number of packages that include one-to-one or small group fitness consultations. I will work with you to create a Fitness Plan with up to five separate workouts personalized to your needs and goals.

MORE THAN JUST A WALK IN THE MALL. This is a complete perinatal workout (appropriate for all fitness levels) with a Certified Pregnancy Fitness Educator. Walking is one of the top-rated workouts for pregnant folks, and we build on laps with fitness sets for birth preparation and recover, ab sets, stretching, strength and more. So if it is too cold out to walk or too hot to workout at home, this is a perfect, cost-effective way to get your steps in and maintain/recover your fitness level.
During the Winter and Summer months, I offer a stroller and baby-carrier friendly work out option for the whole family. Utilizing the surroundings, we do upper and lower body work as well as cardio with laps and even some core work. And, it's fun! Dads, Grandparents, Uncles, Aunties, and BFFs are all welcome to join in. Children under 14 are free, all children must be supervised by their responsible adult at all times. Locations and times vary so email today find out more! Always be in touch a half hour before MWM is schedule to begin, as babies have their own ideas about arrival times!
Aqua BabyShape Classes
These group classes, a fun alternative to prenatal yoga, incorporate exercises traditionally used to support pregnancy and postpartum/"bounce back" after baby's arrival. We include a belly dance and dynamic stretch warm-up, a cardio set, pregnancy-friendly ab set, strength set, cool down and, the part all parents need most from a good yoga class -- a relaxation "set" as class concludes.
