Postpartum Doula Services
"Sleep when the baby sleeps" is wisdom passed down through generations. Is that enough, though, really? For most parents these days planning ahead and having support through the early weeks, days and maybe even months can greatly improve the transition of the growing family.
Planning Ahead Workshop (Postpartum/Newborn Care)
Two and a half hour Workshop is held between 30-37 weeks where we customize lists and action steps to help you be prepared for the first few postpartum weeks with meal plans, contact lists, support and referral information, and information about what to expect from a full-term newborn. This package can be an add-on for any doula or childbirth ed clients, and it is included in some Center Song Doula Packages.

Referrals to local resources such as but not limited to parenting classes, pediatricians, lactation support and other parenting support groups. Scheduling subject to availability.
